New research is showing that introducing varied foods as early as four months can help attune you baby’s palette to enjoy a wider range of foods. Foods like nuts that we’re previously considered risky for younger babies can be incorporated to reduce the incidence of allergies. Also It’s totally normal in those first few weeks to be nursing or holding your babe 20 hours out of a 24 hour day.
